The tea was absolutely delicious. What was not enjoyable, however is the Cashier’s personality. They were Just not the nicest and does not seem to fit the image of a Fun upbeat tea place. Everybody else that worked there was kind, but he just makes us feel uncomfortable with negativity and a lack of liking his job. Almost makes you feel like he doesn’t like you! Like to the point that even though the tea is so delicious you don’t wanna go back to encounter that negativity.

We stopped in today for the first time. The atmosphere is really cute and relaxing. They offer indoor and outdoor seating. The menu offers a vast array of items with descriptions and the ability to customize. I highly recommend you select less sweetener than you might elsewhere. I ordered 50% and honestly, it is a bit too sweet. My son selected 75% and it is way too sweet for him as well. If I went back, I'd select 25%. The customer service was average.

I come here a lot and love it however, this review is about the time we held an event here. The girls working here are so sweet and allowed us to take up half the store to hold an event for fans of the same music group. They even played our group over the speakers the whole time we stayed (4ish hours.)
