Such a great first visit to Salt! The food was phenomenal! We had calamari to start and it was perfectly golden and crispy. I had the blood orange glazed salmon and when I tell you it couldn’t have been better. Perfect flavor, cooked just right, and paired wonderfully with whipped potatoes and ratatouille. My friend got the meatballs and they were nothing like I expected; they were better! Ethan gave caring and attentive service. He was hustling for sure but still gave wonderful service. I can always appreciate that as someone who also works in the service industry. Ethan gave descriptive explanations of the desserts, and had us sold on the crème brûlée and it was such a good sweet to end off the meal. Extensive wine and whiskey menu, and refined dinner menu made for a wonderful experience. I will absolutely be back!

First time in and will definitely be back. Pricing is very fair for the quality and portions you receive. We had two appetizers and each had an entre. Steakhouse burger was excellent and onion rings are huge! Service could have been slightly more attentive with check-in for drinks.

Had a great time here last Friday night. We got there early, but if you go after 530, be prepared to wait. We ordered the Louisiana egg rolls (amazing), and we both got the smokehouse burger with fries. The burger was fantastic! And they actually cooked the burgers how we wanted! The meat was delicious and it could easily stand alone without all the toppings, which is the sign of a great burger. My only note was thay the fries were VERY salty. Not sure if it was just our batch or that's how they always are, but just check on that. Otherwise, no notes. Justin was a great server.
