We absolutely love Paloma! Their Tex-Mex food is delicious, and the restaurant's interior is gorgeous. We've visited a few times now and loved it every time. One of the standouts for me is their Carne Asada bowl at lunchtime -- it's delicious, and they are so generous with the steak, which I love! They also have amazing margaritas, and you honestly can't go wrong there. Their patio is dog-friendly, and all of the staff are so lovely. We will definitely keep coming back!
Jun 9, 2026 · Google ReviewI love Paloma! Their chips & salsa are great and we usually get either guacamole, queso, or queso completo as an appetizer, along with skinny margaritas to drink. I did recently find out that their short rib empanadas won the 2025 appetizer of the year for Taste of Woodstock, we will be getting that next time. All of their tacos are delicious, and I typically order the birria tacos. If you like good vibes and great food, come here! PS- tonight was a special occasion as we watched USA beat Bosnia in the first round of the World Cup, USA, USA, USA! 🇺🇸
Jul 2, 2026 · Google ReviewWe visited Paloma for our anniversary dinner and had a fantastic experience. The atmosphere is vibrant, from the agave murals to the hanging greenery. We started with the chips and queso, which were delicious, and followed those up with the carne asada tacos. Even the sides were a standout. The rice was light and fluffy, and the beans were great. I highly recommend the blood orange margarita, and my wife really enjoyed the house margarita. Service was swift, polite, and professional. We had a great time and will definitely be back!
Mar 26, 2026 · Google ReviewThis is an upscale Mexican restaurant with a good variety of dishes and an extensive tequila and mezcal selection. Service was attentive and friendly. Started with the tuna tostada and short rib empanadas. The tuna was stellar, solid 5/5 stars. However, all the other dishes were good but not at the same level as the tuna. This is elevated Mexican food but what I'm looking for when I want Mexican is more Abuela-style, if that makes sense. Everything was a bit too salty, and a bit light on the spices. It was good, no doubt, but your local hole-in-the-wall spot is probably better. Overall I would revisit Paloma if I was going for atmosphere, or even just a cocktail and that tuna tostada, but it wouldn't be my first choice for Mexican food. Make a reservation before you go, they're pretty intense about reservations and you may not get a seat if you don't - I was turned away previously for not having one.
