I'm not one to comment extensively, but this location has attention to detail.... from the lucid, worthwhile email before arrival (not the usual worthless content), to prompt posting of the stay credit & Bonvoy/Rewards points. staff was good on phone & in person. as a Marriott customer for 40 years & platinum status I appreciate all - & this location stands out. mild criticism may be need for less squeezable coffee cups, another trash can in breakfast area, maybe another waffle iron, + better fresh egg/bacon option (scrambled was pasty + salt watery; bacon not worthy).

The place was very nice, clean, and well-maintained. Overall, we had a great stay. The only downside is that this may not be the best place for anyone who works third shift and needs to sleep during the day, as the room didn't have blinds or blackout curtains to block out the daylight. Other than that, everything was great.

Mrs. Jasmin at the front desk was courteous and professional. She made my stay more pleasant as I was visiting my ailing mother. She greeted me daily and inquired about the well being of my family. It is nice to see there is still human decency in the world.

Susan is awesome! So is Jasmine!. Both went above and beyond the first two days I was here!. Lorraine Is awful. She kicked us out of the lobby, even though nothing happened. There was no loud behavior no anything. She even called the cops on us. Our kids couldn’t even eat pizza down there. They had been in the pool at the time of getting kicked out. It was so weird. . I didn’t realize Lorraine was such an issue. She told me last night that they didn’t have any extra blankets for our room. So we ended up driving to Walmart to pick up blankets because our room was so cold and it was hard to regulate. I did not hold this against her. I figured they just ran out. However, This afternoon, she seemed to change her tune. She called the cops on us at 5pm. I really don’t know what happened however she told the cops she kicked us out of the lobby, but she never actually did. I’m still really disappointed. We had such a good experience until this hotel. Susan and especially Jasmine are awesome! Jasmine went above and beyond. Earlier today Jasmine went across the street and had a couple of feminine products delivered to our room for our daughter.. This was while we were 30 to 40 minutes away. Thank you so much Jasmine and Susan for a good customer service. I’m really not sure what to say about Lorraine. Lorraine was lackluster and pretty much horrible. With no other information I am good saying it’s hit or miss here. Susan and Jasmine are awesome. Otherwise Laraine is someone I would definitely stay away from. She’s unkind and a bad person. It sucks that my review has to include Lorraine’s problems. Especially since Susan and Jasmine are soooo awesome!! Lorraine definitely negatively impacted the stay for all of our families.

I was in town for a wedding and needed somewhere to stay last minute. Check-in process was great and the room was nice and clean. However, an area I feel needs attention is the breakfast area. As I was fixing my kids breakfast, the breakfast attendant was walking around and talking very loudly on the phone using profanity. I asked her a question in regards to the breakfast and I was ignored. I found this to be very unprofessional. Overall stay was great.
