All the staff were very pleasant and kind! We felt very welcome and the area was nice as well! We were pleased to have a great nights rest with no noise in the halls. The rooms looked and smelled clean. Breakfast was good. Enjoyed fresh made pancakes each morning! Even the guests we walked past were kind and greeted us.

I would like to say Theresa, Helen , Mike and Robbie are the best they are very helpful. The rooms were very clean. The breakfast was very accommodating but one complaint is Kim at the desk on second shift. She acted like anytime we need anything. She was annoyed and when we were letting our little baseball boys just play out front for a few minutes to unwind for the day. She wanted to complain, but we had teenagers. Just running around everywhere and nothing was done about them, but she wasn’t pleasant at all, but the rest of the staff was very pleasant if she doesn’t like her job. She needs to find a new one. I feel like the baseball family. I’ll stay there and spend a lot of money staying at the hotel and we should’ve been more accommodated by her but other than that everything was five star I would stay there again.

I stayed here with my family for a night and overall a good experience. I’ll stay with the good and then opportunities. The hotel itself, the room and property were clean. The staff was friendly. They offer free breakfast which always appreciated. The parking conditions are great and it’s free. Much appreciated. It’s also conveniently located close to many spots. On the flip side, the toilet got clogged as we were there. I called front desk and was told to go get a plunger since there wasn’t anyone in staff that could do anything about it. I grabbed and unclogged it myself. Not a huge deal. The gym is extremely small. And I mean extremely small. Don’t count on it if you’re looking for a hotel with a gym. It’s has a bench, a few dumbbells, a bicycle machine and treadmill and it’s all in a very small room that you won’t want to be in there with someone else you don’t know. It’s a 1 person small room type of “gym”. The bathroom sink wouldn’t drain as quickly as it should, but oh well. It wasn’t the most expensive stay either and it was just one night.
