Great experience! Clean facility, friendly staff, and lots of fun activity options. The kids had an absolute blast and didn't want to leave. Great place for families and groups. My kids absolutely loved the climbing area. Also met Lance who was super friendly, he went out of his way to make sure we had a great time. Will be back soon.

This place is great! My boys enjoy this trampoline park! They have a lot of different activities from other trampoline parks! The sky trail is really neat! Their food is ok. They have great specials as well! It was nice to see the Grinch today! He made it extra fun!

We have always had wonderful experiences at Big Air Greenville! We had my son’s birthday party there last weekend and it was great! Carmen was our party helper and she made the party go as smooth as possible! She took care of everything and was so kind to all of the kids! One of the managers, William also checked on us multiple times to make sure we were good and asked if we needed anything. Overall our experience with Big Air has been nothing but amazing!

Willa and I had a great experience at Big Air Greenville today for toddler time! Lance Watson, the manager, really stood out. He was friendly, attentive, and went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of—from checking on us throughout our visit to helping at concessions and with the games. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customers and their experience. Great customer service and great management— we’ll definitely be back!

This Big Air ROCKS! The facility has a huge variety of activities for kids to do. Always clean with a friendly staff. Lance the GM and Rylie the event planner are amazing and keep this fun park a great place to take your kids. I love the “It Begins With Me” campaign and the wonderful message it send to kids. Great job guys for making this Big Air the place to be!
