JoAnn Keahey, RealtorThe BG burger was one of the best burgers I have had! I ordered the bourbon sauce on the side (glad I did- I’m not a bourbon fan). The French fries are fresh cut wedge and were delicious! I’d highly recommend ordering it! I’ll be back.

Erin DuffyHad the BBQ pulled pork sandwich. It comes with a side of coleslaw. The side of coleslaw comes in a small cup that they use to put a side of dressing in a to-go order, so it’s just like 2-3 bites worth of coleslaw. The sandwich itself was smothered in the BBQ sauce; I felt it was too much. It was sweet BBQ sauce, not vinegar-based. The outdoor patio deck in the back is a great set up. It has a roof and space heaters, so good for any weather. Service was a a little slow, but it was a weekend and the back patio was full, so it was understandable. Plus I was happy to take my time to catch up with my friend.

Amanda DominickStopped off here on the way home from tubing in Elijay. This tavern did not disappoint. We both got burgers and they were great, paired with sweet potato fries. The server was perfect, gave us time to chat without being invasive but made sure we were taken care of. The owner was awesome and told us about some of the changes he made to the space and the menu. Will definitely be back when I come through town again.

Sandy MorganWe had an amazing experience at Ball Ground Tavern! The Bang Bang Shrimp was hands down some of the best we’ve ever had; perfectly crispy with an incredible sauce. The fish and chips were outstanding too, with fresh, flaky fish and perfectly crispy fries. What really made our visit special was the service. Everyone was so friendly, attentive, and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. If you’re looking for great food, a fun atmosphere, and exceptional service, Ball Ground Tavern is definitely worth the visit. We’ll absolutely be back!
